rotagator as well as being a palindrome is a
utility to automatically "rotate" a file
when it's accessed. It replaces the accessed
file with a "base" file which contains
various tags. Currently supported tags are:

%sig        This is mandatory and is replaced with an entry from a fortune file
%uptime     e.g. 01d 12h 44m
%osrelease  e.g. linux-2.4.22-2

Currently I use it to automatically update
the email signature file for mozilla (which
can't handle fifos)
